Illinois Broker Continuing Education - New Requirements
Real Estate Institute offers state-aproved courses for existing brokers and brokers that completed the license transition to become managing brokers.
The following table summarizes your renewal requirements.
Continuing education is required to renew your license by April 30, 2012.
