The state requires that you:

  1. Be at least 21 years of age
  2. Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  3. Have a sponsoring managing broker or firm
  4. Successfully complete a total of 90 credit hours of pre-license education
  5. Pass a state exam
  6. Complete post-license education before your first renewal
* If you completed your coursework prior to April 30, 2011, but did not obtain your license before the recent license changes, call us to learn how we can apply your hours to the new requirements.
