Kimberly Chase Harding is both an Attorney and Real Estate Broker. Kimberly has a special certification in Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration. She has successfully resolved numerous transactions without the need for litigation utilizing these skills. In 2002, Kimberly became the Managing Broker of her own Real Estate Company, KCH Residential Team, which has now merged with Berkshire Hathaway/Koenig Rubloff Realty Group. Kimberly has won numerous awards as a Broker including CAR Top Producer in 2004, and CAR Good Neighbor Award Winner Recipient on Shoreline Development in 2009. Kimberly is also an Adjunct Professor Real Estate Licensure in Illinois at Truman College, and a certified real estate continuing education lecturer.
