Michael Durlacher, Esq. represents individuals and developers in real estate transactions of various shapes and sizes, requiring that he understand the challenges of present market conditions. A lifelong resident of Illinois, Mr. Durlacher has over ten years of experience as an attorney. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and he is a graduate of Chicago Kent College of Law.

Alan Levine, P.E. is the founder of Beacon Testing, Engineering, and Environmental Services, LLC, a member of the Lighthouse Companies, Inc. He has been practicing engineering for 20 years in locations around the country. Mr. Levine is a licensed Professional Engineer in 7 states including Illinois and a LEED AP. He spent 10 years in manufacturing prior to working as a consulting engineer for the next 10 years. While working in manufacturing, Mr. Levine was involved in environmental permitting, management of hazardous waste, manufacturing operations, construction project management and engineering design. Some of Mr. Levine's consulting experience includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Remediation, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, Chemical Engineering, Mold and Indoor Air Quality Assessments and Remediation, Property Condition Assessments, and Forensic Engineering. He also serves as an expert in Mold and Indoor Air Quality as well as the Virginia Graeme-Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act. He is a member of the Chemical Writing Committee for the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. Michael Robins has practiced law for more than 26 years and has developed a successful general litigation practice. He has extensive experience representing clients in almost all areas of the law, including but not limited to: civil litigation, criminal defense, and real estate transactions. He also has represented small to medium sized businesses, colleges, universities, hospitals and medical groups with their commercial litigation needs. He is an agent for a major title insurance company and is a real estate instructor for continuing education and licensing courses for attorneys and brokers.

Jonathan Schildt is the Managing Principal at Calculated Risk Advisors, LLC, a boutique risk consulting firm and professional liability insurance brokerage in Chicago. Jon’s previous experience includes underwriting liability insurance for professional services firms as well as middle to large commercial companies. Jon has four years of experience as an underwriter dedicated to errors and omissions insurance for accounting firms. He has an additional six years of experience as an underwriter of directors’ and officers’ liability, miscellaneous professional liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability and crime insurance.

Originally from central Illinois, Jon lives with his wife in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois with a double major in Finance and Economics. He has also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with a concentration in Finance, Econometrics and Statistics. Jon also holds the insurance industry designations of CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter).

Adora Sauer, Esq. is the principal of the Law Office Of Adora Sauer. She specializes in the legal practice areas of wills and estates and real estate, as well as criminal and civil litigation. Ms. Sauer previously advocated for children and families as an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney. In this capacity, Ms. Sauer often litigated over 100 cases per week.

This includes professional responsibility hours earned during the reporting period, which may be used to meet the professional responsibility requirement of the next reporting period.
