Moria Bernstein, Esq. is principal in the Law Offices of Moria Bernstein, and
concentrates her practice in divorce, child custody, parentage, business,
retirement and pension interest, support, maintenance, property, pre and
post judgment marital agreements and premarital agreements. Ms.
Bernstein has taught numerous seminars on premarital and marital
agreements and co-authored a chapter on family law for the Illinois Institute
for Continuing Legal Education.
Allison Bethel earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she received numerous awards for advocacy. Ms. Bethel started her legal career in the private sector, specializing in civil trial work, including personal injury, commercial litigation, and condominium issues. In 1996, she joined the Florida Attorney General's Eminent Domain Division, representing the Florida Department of Transportation in million-dollar property acquisitions. In 1998, then Attorney General Robert Butterworth appointed Bethel assistant director of the Civil Rights Division and promoted her to director in 2000. After ten years in the Florida Attorney General’s Office, Bethel left and came back to Chicago to direct The John Marshall Law School’s Fair Housing Legal Clinic where she supervises students as they litigate fair housing cases.
Mitchell Bryan is a partner in the Chicago law firm of Williams, Bax & Saltzman, P.C.
Mitch acts as litigation and general counsel to a wide variety of corporate, LLC,
partnership and high net worth individual clients, and as an advisor and trial counsel to
trustees, corporate board members, board committees, and other for-profit and
nonprofit corporate fiduciaries. He also has been engaged by defense counsel as an
expert consultant on the subject of director fiduciary duties. Mitch has over 30 years of
extensive trial, appellate and litigation management experience in state and federal
courts in several states, and in private arbitration, covering a broad range of complex
commercial, insurance, real estate, IP, corporate governance, fiduciary, regulatory,
professional liability, financial industry and tax disputes. He has served a public
company client as interim General Counsel for one of its major operating subsidiaries.
Mitch is a graduate of the Washington University School of Law (St. Louis) and earned
his bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He is a member
of the Litigation and Business law Sections of the American Bar Association, and the
Insurance and Trust Law Committees of the Chicago Bar Association. Mitch has been
included among attorneys named as Illinois Super Lawyers, and is a member of the
Illinois Leading Lawyers Network Advisory Board.
Kimberly Chase Harding is both an Attorney and Real Estate Broker. Kimberly has a special certification in Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration. She has successfully resolved numerous transactions without the need for litigation utilizing these skills. In 2002, Kimberly became the Managing Broker of her own Real Estate Company, KCH Residential Team, which has now merged with Berkshire Hathaway/Koenig Rubloff Realty Group. Kimberly has won numerous awards as a Broker including CAR Top Producer in 2004, and CAR Good Neighbor Award Winner Recipient on Shoreline Development in 2009. Kimberly is also an Adjunct Professor Real Estate Licensure in Illinois at Truman College, and a certified real estate continuing education lecturer.
Peter Citera is Real Estate Institute's Director of Mortgage Education. Mr. Citera joined the Real Estate Institute to lead the training of thousands of mortgage loan originators in Illinois and throughout the United States as required by the 2008 S.A.F.E. Act. To remain up to date with the fast paced changes in residential lending, he additionally maintains his direct involvement in loan origination. He holds residential loan originator licenses in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Florida. Mr. Citera is currently a member of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and he has acted as a Team Leader for the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals Political Action Committee.
Before joining the Real Estate Institute, Mr. Citera directed the day-to-day operations for a full-service mortgage brokerage with 4 branches and 100 loan officers. He has become a leading expert in residential mortgage finance and has taught continuing education classes to other bankers and brokers since 2005.
Mr. Citera is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration. After graduation, he worked in Information Technology until he found his true calling in the mortgage banking field in 1999.
Clifford R. Ennico is widely considered one of America's foremost small business experts, and has helped more than 15,000 small businesses get off the ground over the past 30 years. He’s best known as the former host of Money Hunt, the popular 1990's PBS television series for entrepreneurs. Mr. Ennico hosts the "Protecting Your Business" channel on the Small Business Television Network and is a frequent contributor to Entrepreneur and other small business magazines and websites. He is the author of ten books on entrepreneurship and small business success, including The eBay Business Answer Book, Small Business Survival Guide, and Money Hunt: 27 New Ways to Create and Build a Breakaway Business.
He graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1975 and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1980, where he was Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. During the 1980s, Cliff worked for a succession of law firms in New York City, where he specialized in corporate finance, venture capital and securities law. After a brief stint during the early 1990s as in-house counsel for General Electric Capital Corp., he worked as a corporate/business lawyer for two Connecticut law firms before launching his own practice in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.

Robbin Frey is an Illinois Attorney. She is also licensed as an Illinois Real Estate Broker, Pre-License, and Continuing Education instructor with 25 years of industry experience.
As a Broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services KoenigRubloff Realty Group, she is able to provide clients with a turn-key portfolio of brokerage services. Robbin is also a partner and head of design with Ikenga Development Group, where she has worked to revitalize communities though sustainable development.

Donald Hyun Kiolbassa is both a Licensed Illinois Attorney and Certified Public
Accountant specializing in both Real Estate Law and Corporate Law. Donald has
managed thousands of residential real estate transactions, and has extensive
experience in corporate structuring and tax implications of residential and
commercial real estate transactions. Donald is also a Gold Medalist for the 2008
USA Wushu ("Chinese Martial Arts") Team at the Traditional World Games in
Shiyan, China. His Martial Arts moves caught the attention of Warner Bros.
Games, and he is the Martial Arts Motion Capture Model for some of the biggest
action based video games in the industry including but not limited to Mortal
Kombat 9, Injustice: Gods Among Us (DC Comics Universe), and Mortal Kombat X.
Donald is also the author of Discover Your Dragon, which translates Martial Arts
Principles for character development. It is required reading in numerous schools
across the country.
Michael Robins has practiced law for more than 26 years and has developed a successful general litigation practice. He has extensive experience representing clients in almost all areas of the law, including but not limited to: civil litigation, criminal defense, and real estate transactions. He also has represented small to medium sized businesses, colleges, universities, hospitals and medical groups with their commercial litigation needs. He is an agent for a major title insurance company and is a real estate instructor for continuing education and licensing courses for attorneys and brokers.
Adora Sauer, Esq. is the principal of the Law Office Of Adora Sauer. She specializes in the legal practice areas of wills and estates and real estate, as well as criminal and civil litigation. Ms. Sauer previously advocated for children and families as an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney. In this capacity, Ms. Sauer often litigated over 100 cases per week.
Jonathan Schildt is the Managing Principal at Calculated Risk Advisors, LLC, a boutique risk consulting firm and professional liability insurance brokerage in Chicago. Jon’s previous experience includes underwriting liability insurance for professional services firms as well as middle to large commercial companies. Jon has four years of
experience as an underwriter dedicated to errors and omissions insurance for accounting firms. He has an additional six years of experience as an underwriter of directors’ and officers’ liability, miscellaneous professional liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability and crime insurance.
Originally from central Illinois, Jon lives with his wife in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois with a double major in Finance and Economics. He has also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with a concentration in Finance, Econometrics and Statistics. Jon also holds the insurance industry designations of CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter).
