Digital Marketing Manager

(Full Time Position)

Are you looking to be a part of something big and make an immediate impact?  The Digital Marketing Manager is a newly created role that will be an integral part of building our digital marketing engine at Real Estate Institute. 

The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team and division heads to understand the markets served, the competitive landscape and opportunities to achieve our student enrollment goals. They will coordinate and implement a wide range of digital marketing projects.  Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include marketing automation implementation and data management.  The Digital Marketing Manager will help drive daily digital marketing operations, such as campaign and promotional management, social media maintenance, social media campaign strategy, reporting and analytics.

This role will work closely with their manager, the Senior Director of Marketing, under the overall leadership of the company’s VP of Operations.  You will enjoy close collaboration with the marketing team and leadership, as you make meaningful contribution to the company’s growth.

Event Facilitator

(Part Time Position)

Real Estate Institute seeks a part-time Event Facilitator to provide in-person support for adult students attending a class or proctored examination. These students must complete courses to satisfy professional licensing requirements. Our customers work (or seek to begin work) in real estate, mortgage, insurance, and legal professions.

Classes and examinations are held throughout the Chicagoland area and this position will be required to travel 100% of the time. Hours vary by week; most weeks require 5 – 25 hours of work. Your schedule will be set months in advance, but in the unusual circumstance that an unexpected scheduling issue may arise, you may be called upon to see if you can fill in.

During class, there will be some downtime when you can read, study or use your time in other ways while remaining available to our students. As such, this position may be ideal for a partially or fully retired person or college student attending nighttime or online classes.
