This class covers a wide variety of ethics-related issues across all major lines of personal and commercial insurance. In addition to discussing fundamental ethics subjects (such as conflicts of interest, disclosure, product suitability, fair claims practices, discrimination and privacy protection), participants will explore real-world case studies that highlight how ethics can be applied in everyday business situations.
